What’s Included in our Let Only Service?
- Conduct initial market appraisal
- Marketing property on portals such as Rightmove. On the Market
- Supply, Install and Remove “To Let” board as required
- Accompany viewings and provide feedback
- Collect and lodge the deposit with the DPS (Deposit Protection Service)
- Collect and remit initial month’s rent received (Protected by DPS)
- Provide the tenant with method of payment and deducting any pre-tenancy invoices (Protected by DPS)
Includes:
- Marketing of property to include To Let board and use of the portals
- Referencing for up to two tenants to include ID checks, Right to Rent check and financial credit checks
- Obtaining references from current or previous employers/landlords
- Obtaining any other relevant information to access affordability
- Contract preparation and negotiation to include any amendments or terms, signing of tenancy agreement.
